Requirements

Identical Products: The item must be the same brand, model number/SKU, and sourced from a genuine supplier (no grey imports).

In Stock: The product must be in stock at both the competitor's store and Madewell Products at the time of the price comparison.

Delivery Costs: The competitor’s price must include any delivery charges and GST.

Fair Comparison: Requests for price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or special offers.

Approval Case-by-Case: If the competitor’s price falls below our cost price, we’ll review the request individually.

Exclusions

Bulk/commercial quantities or trade-specific pricing.

Clearance, liquidation, or promotional stock.

Auctions, online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon).

Cashback, coupons, or promotional bonuses (e.g., gifts with purchase).

Used, refurbished, ex-demo, or damaged products.

Non-genuine supplier items or private membership/club-exclusive pricing.
